Four Chefs, One Bacco: The Art of Taste Meets Chianti Rufina
On Friday September 27th, in the splendid setting of Villa Poggio Reale in Rufina, the inaugural dinner of the 49th Bacco Artigiano will be held, an exclusive event that combines the art of Tuscan cuisine with the wine excellence of Chianti Rufina. A refined menu and exceptional wines The evening will see the participation of four renowned chefs, who with their creations will give life to an eight-handed menu, where each dish will be a refined expression of Tuscan tradition. Each course will be designed to be paired with the best Chianti Rufina Docg Riserva Terraelectae, carefully selected to enhance the flavors of the dishes. Among the wines present on the stage of the event, the Chianti Rufina Rosso DOCG Vigneto Erchi represents one of the most particular expressions of our Sangiovese. The maturation and exceptional quality of the Erchi grape have allowed us to produce a wine with a distinctive style, representative of the terroir of the area. Jazz in Fattoria 2023: July 7 in Selvapiana Wine Tasting and TritticoTrio in Concert
On July 7, during the Chianti Rufina Jazz Festival, the TritticoTrio band will perform at the historic villa of the Fattoria di Selvapiana and on the occasion there will be the opportunity to taste some selected wines. This exceptional musical formation will present a concert entitled "We don't mess with Charles Mingus". Get ready to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the legendary jazz musician, and to listen to the songs reinterpreted by the band while sipping a good glass of wine. From 19:00 it will be possible to participate in the tasting of the Chianti Rufina wines we produce, accompanied by a small buffet. The assignment of this symbol implies the absence of chemical pesticides in the vineyards. The Chiocciola wines also represent a good value for money, considering when and where they have been produced. VINO SLOW – Chianti Rufina Vigneto Bucerchiale Ris. 2015 This bottle not only is of an excellent organoleptic quality, but it also condenses in the glass features tied to territory, history and environment. The assignment of this symbol implies the absence of chemical pesticides in the vineyards.
